ITEM AVAILABILITY
Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on the website may be unavailable. In this case, we will inform you of the unavailability as soon as possible and your credit card or Paypal account will be reimbursed.
RETURN POLICY
For exchanges or returns, please note the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving.
- Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags intact.
- Items purchased from marmier.ca cannot be exchanged or returned at a retail location.

If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason besides defect (see conditions above), you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and must ensure that all items are in the condition they were received in.
Defective Merchandise
Marmier ensures that all its products are of the highest quality. Each order is carefully inspected before being sent and all items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. We will gladly replace defective items.
Once we have received the item you want to exchange, we will process your request immediately and the replacement item will be sent to you as soon as possible, free of charge. In the event that the replacement item is out of stock, the amount paid will be reimbursed to your account once your return has been processed.
Customers will be refunded through their original payment method. For example, if the customer paid by credit card, the amount will be credited back to the card. .If the customer paid via PayPal, the amount will be credited back to the PayPal account. Returns are usually processed within two weeks of receipt of the returned item(s).
RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact customer service at info@marmier.ca indicating the style, colour and size of the item(s) being returned and the reason for return. A confirmation number will be sent to you.
2. Complete the return form included with your order, indicating the confirmation number in the corresponding box.

Canadian returns
We strongly recommend sending your shipment by priority post with a tracking number, as Marmier is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. Once the shipment has been received, we will process your return as soon as possible.
United States returns
Returns from the U.S. must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Packages that incur any brokerage fee will be denied. All returned items should be declared as a "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration. Returned packages that do not have this mention on the customs declaration may be refused by customs and returned to the sender.
International returns
All returned items should be declared as a "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration. Returned packages that don't have this mention on the customs declaration may incur additional fees that will subsequently be deducted from your reimbursement. Packages that incur any brokerage fee will be denied.
